1. Introduction

EsignClub Technologies Private Limited ("EsignClub") operates EsignClub.in. This Privacy Policy governs how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal data.

2. Information We Collect

• Identity Data: Name, Aadhaar number (masked), PAN, email ID, mobile number
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
• Transaction Data: Documents uploaded, signing events, payment records
• Biometric Data: We do NOT store biometric information. Aadhaar authentication is processed via UIDAI's secure gateway in real time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to provide and improve our services, process Aadhaar-based eSign requests, maintain audit trails, send transactional notifications, and comply with legal obligations under the IT Act 2000 and UIDAI regulations.

4. Aadhaar Data Protection

We are a UIDAI-authorized eSign Service Provider (ESP). Aadhaar numbers are never stored in plain text. All authentication happens over encrypted channels (256-bit SSL/TLS). We strictly adhere to the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery) Act, 2016 and UIDAI's Aadhaar Data Vault guidelines.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with UIDAI for Aadhaar authentication, Certifying Authorities for DSC issuance, payment gateways for billing, and law enforcement when required by court order.

6. Data Retention

Signed documents and audit logs are retained for 7 years as mandated by the IT Act. Account data is retained until account deletion is processed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EsignClub.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

EsignClub provides Aadhaar-based eSign, DSC Digital Signature, and Electronic Signature services as a licensed ESP under UIDAI and per IT Act 2000.

3. User Eligibility

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Aadhaar number linked to mobile
• Business accounts must represent a legally registered entity

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use EsignClub.in for fraudulent documents, impersonation, forgery, or any activity violating applicable Indian laws.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled 7 days before renewal. All prices include 18% GST.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Refund Eligibility

Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Pro-rated refunds apply after 7 days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Monthly subscriptions after the billing period starts
• Consumed eSign or DSC credits
• Add-on purchases and custom enterprise contracts

Data Controller

EsignClub Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the Data Controller for all personal data processed through the platform.

• Contractual necessity for signing services
• Legal obligations under IT Act 2000 and UIDAI regulations
• Legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention
• Consent for marketing communications

Data Processors

We work with UIDAI (authentication), Razorpay (payments), and AWS India (hosting). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

Cross-border Transfers

All Aadhaar data is processed and stored within India per UIDAI requirements.
